Political wars between Gnashblade and Kiel; what are the effects to the market and GW2 gold?

On July 23, 2013 there will be a new update called Cutthroat Politics which the update features permanent changes to the whole Guild Wars 2’s world depends on the players vote. On this update, the players will have a chance to vote and support either of the two candidates for the seat on the Captain’s Council of Lion Arch. Using support tokens and coins to vote.
